Returns & Refunds Policy
Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your product
(unless stated otherwise, e.g., 30-Day Trial).
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable) and free
from stains or damages.
A maximum of two (2) items per order can be refunded. Unlimited store
credit and exchanges are allowed.
If the exchange item costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll
refund the balance. Exchanges will be sent once the returned product is
received.
Fees & Return Process
A 15% restocking and processing fee applies (to cover inspection, processing,
and repackaging costs).
We do not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for purchasing and
sending the product back to us.

At wholesmo Th, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Risk-FreeTrial on select items. If you're not satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery fora refund or exchange.
How It Works
The trial period starts on the delivery date.This applies only to select OUR+Th products. The product must be in goodcondition to qualify for a return.
Return & Exchange Process

You are responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund (minus
shipping costs) within 5-10 business days.
Exclusions
Applies only to the first purchase of a OUR+TM product.
Final sale items and damaged/misused items are not eligible for return.

Chargebacks & Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first. Chargebacks ordisputes initiated without prior communication will void eligibility for refunds,
exchanges, or the 30-day trial.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a neworder once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14
days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof
of purchase.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 10
business days.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you with next steps.
If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days, contact us at

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the
shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you
choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the
consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
